We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you'd like to exchange for a different Ring Size, please contact us within 48 Hours of receiving your order via email firstname.lastname@example.org and return the order via a traceable postage method within 7 days.
The cost of returning any goods to us is borne by the customer (you). We will only accept goods returned in proper condition.
All items are checked prior to shipping and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount including shipping, provided the item is returned, by traceable means within 7 days.
Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion, transaction fees, import taxes etc. will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
We will only accept faulty goods returned in proper condition. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
