Yesterday was one of those days where I was REALLY struggling with my mental health. I struggle most days, but I usually have it under control to some degree. But yesterday.. even the smallest task felt really BIG, scary, and overwhelming for me.
I know a lot of us are struggling right now, so I wanted to share a few affirmations that help me on days like this…

💖 Self-Care is my number one priority today
💖 I am not my negative, or anxious thoughts
💖 I feel safe to reach out for help when I'm struggling
💖 I am worthy of happiness
💖 I allow myself time and space to rest when I'm having a hard day
💖 My feelings are always valid
